Capelvo provides information about residential towers and real estate projects in the Dominican Republic. The site does not constitute a public offering of securities or personalised investment advice.
3. Registration and newsletter
To receive updates it is necessary to leave your name and email address. By doing so you declare that you are of legal age and that you accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
4. Risk
Real estate crowdlending involves risks, including delays, construction cost overruns, changes in expected returns or losses. Before investing, read all information available about the project.

Texts, images, brands and designs published on capelvo.com are the property of Capelvo, S.R.L. or used under licence. Their reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the National District, Santo Domingo.
